But the Manufacturer's drivers are customize generic Nvidia drivers to take advantage of any special features that the Manufacturer added or subtracted from the generic Nvidia GPU Card.

If the Nvidia generic drivers are not working well, than it is best to download the GPU drivers from the card's manufacturer and see if it works better. Afterwards, I uninstalled the Asus drivers and installed the Latest generic Nvidia drivers and its working like a charm.

What's the difference between installing drivers for it directly from Nvidia versus installing them from Asus' site. It seems they are more current here from Nvidia.
