Once you have gotten all these items, return to Kenta with the items and 60 mil to recieve the 3rd stage saddle.

To unlock the Evan Mount lvl50 quest you have had to have completed all the Evan Quests before it. Where can you get a free lvl saddle? Why would they have the option of: free from a quest or pay up 60mil. The Evan is a special character and no you cannot avoid his quests for the Rider Skill.

U guys have to do a few of the Evan quests before u get the mount quest. Trust me i did the previous quest then i finally got the mount quest. There is no set level requirement.
